Process:

1. Contact Sequoia to discuss transferring your existing SMSF from your current provider to Sequoia Superannuation
2. Sequoia will post Existing SMSF application forms to you to complete and return
3. Sequoia will process your application Relevant change of administration, change of address and third party authority forms will be sent to you to sign and return
4. Sequoia will request documents such as the trust deed, past financial statements, tax returns, member statements and up to date transaction listings for our records.
5. Once received, Sequoia will contact the relevant parties to transfer your SMSF over to Sequoia Superannuation
